• Two-year-old Daniel Converse always hangs by his guitarist dad, Steven, whenever he’s making music at home.
• The young one has since picked up a few songs, including Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Help Falling In Love.”
• When his parents heard him singing the song on his own, they decided to make a recording in a music studio to memorialize it!

Young children tend to have an amazing ability of instantly absorbing what they see and hear around them.

While it sometimes results in unfortunate accidents such as kids hearing you swear and repeating it, the other times can be magical to witness, especially for their parents.

Take for example the Converse family.

Two-year-old Daniel often stays by his guitarist dad, Steven, whenever he’s making music at home. Since then, the young one has naturally picked up a few songs with ease.

His parents were pleasantly surprised when they heard him singing Elvis Presley‘s “Can’t Help Falling In Love” by himself!

Steven shared, “To hear him, just like, memorize the words and sing it by himself was… kind of a special moment for us.”

So, Steven encouraged his son’s shared love for music. They went to his music studio, where they recorded the song. Daniel was given headphones and a mic so his singing can be clearly heard, while his dad accompanied him on the guitar.

Daniel’s family simply wanted to memorialize this magical moment, but the video quickly went viral when they shared it on Facebook!

Steven had shared, “Daniel’s first time trying the mic when he was still just 2. Begged to sing some Elvis. This video is still a daily watch for us at our house.”

It was clear that Daniel knew the song by heart! The video showcases him singing almost the entire song with his adorable voice.

Of course, he didn’t know every word exactly, but he definitely understood the melody accurately.

The father-son duo’s first recorded song together was definitely impressive!
