  • Two abandoned puppies were scooped out by a woman from crossing a busy road and getting them out of harm’s way.
  • The puppies were brought to a MaeDay Rescue and soon, they showed their charming and sweet personalities.
  • The rescue is proud to announce that the two pups, Kona and Oscar, have ended up in their forever homes where they are being showered with love.

A road with speeding cars is no place for animals.  They are in danger of getting run over.

When a woman spots two puppies about to cross a busy busy road in Palmdale, California, she picks them up and saves them from harm’s way. She then called MaeDay Rescue for help with the abandoned puppies.

A rescue representative said, “Both pups were submissive, so they laid down, which made it easy to pick them up.  You could tell they were scared and knew they’d be safe in the car.”

At the rescue, when they felt that they were safe, they began to show their personalities.  They were also given the names Kona and Oscar.

The two pups turned out to be smart and sweet babies with Oscar being a goofy and active boy while Kona had a calmer nature and loved giving tiny kisses.

And just like that, their playful and charming personalities landed them their forever homes. Kona went to a family that quickly became obsessed with her and gave her all the love she needed.

Oscar on the other hand is obsessed with his new big brother with his new family. In the rescue’s post, they said that Oscar ended up in a perfect home.

The rescue is honored that they have been a part of Kona and Oscar’s journey and happy ending.

We are happy for you, Kona and Oscar!
