Caty Bernal Llanos grew up with a menagerie of pets that her father, Renato, has rescued from neglect and homelessness.  Her father loves the animals and treats them as family.  He has given the animals his home and his heart.

So, when Llanos was in a bind on what to get her father for his birthday, his love for animals gave her a brilliant idea of what to gift him with.

Caty and the whole family decided to customize a shirt with all the faces of the pets that he has loved— past and present, printed in front. 

And it sure moved Renato to tears when he saw the happy faces of the pets he adored.  And the family could not help but shed tears, too!

Llanos said, “At that moment I cried a lot. It was a very beautiful moment to see how my father was so happy and excited with his shirt. My whole family was crying with happiness!”

Wearing the shirt with his beloved pets printed on it and basking in the love that his family has for him has really made Renato’s birthday a happy one.
