Deaf Baby’s Reaction To Hearing Mommy’s “I Love You” For The 1st Time Has Viewers In Tears [Video]

• Without any history of hearing loss, Baby Charlotte’s parents are at a loss for a reason on why she was born completely deaf.
• Recently, the baby was fitted with hearing aids which allowed her to hear “I love you” for the first time from her mom.
• Baby Charlotte got teary-eyed when she heard the words that her mom and the viewers cannot help but cry, too.

There is no history of hearing loss in Christy Keane and her husband’s families.  So, when their baby girl Charlotte was born completely deaf, they cannot find a reason for it.  But they love their child with all their heart whether she can hear it or not when they tell her they love her.

But with recent strides in hearing loss treatment or devices, Charlotte finally heard what her mom had wished she could hear.

Too young for cochlear implants, doctors introduced hearing aids first.  When she has grown and is deemed fit for implants, that is when they would decide on it.     

When her hearing aids were fitted, her mom wasted no time in talking to her.  Little Charlotte’s reaction is too pure. She beams and gazes at her mom.  Her mom cannot help but tell her that she is emotional just like her.

And when mom says “I love you” that is when Charlotte’s tears well up.  It seems that the baby knew she was loved. And now that she finally heard it, she’s assuring her mom that she knows. She feels her mom’s love.

As Christy shared on Facebook: “We had our miracle moment that I have been praying for when Char got her hearing aids today. We didn’t think she would hear anything so this was more incredible than I can put into words!” On Instagram she explained, “Imagine our surprise and delight when she gave us such heartfelt emotion.”
