Dog Befriends Window Cleaner By Bringing Him A Toy

• A four-year-old golden retriever was surprised to find a window cleaner outside their 15th-floor apartment.
• Tofu loves meeting new people and the window washer is certainly a new friend that he can offer his toy.
• Tofu is the recipient of “Pet of the Month” by his apartment complex twice for his friendly ways.

Tofu loves to meet new people.  He grabs the first thing he sees and brings it to the “new friend”.  So, when he saw the window washer outside his apartment on the 15th-floor, he immediately looked for his toy and offered it to him.

It was the first time for Tofu to see someone outside their window and was thrilled to see the window cleaner.

Tofu’s mom, Rebekah Hartman, said the friendly pup has been named, “Pet of the Month” twice by his apartment complex as he is adored by the other residents.

His mom could not help but record the attempt to befriend the window washer with his toy as if it would help the guy with his work.

Hartman said that Tofu loves giving gifts and bringing it to someone. She added, “Every time I come home, even after taking the trash out for two minutes, he greets me [with something in his mouth]. He usually grabs the first thing he sees.”

In the case of the window washer, it was his favorite duck toy.  Hartman said, “[He] often falls asleep with a toy in his mouth.”

You can just imagine what Tofu would be offering the window washer the next time he comes in to clean the windows.  Tofu will be excitedly wagging his tail while waiting for him.
