Dog Hilariously Hides Behind A Tree Stump So His Parents Could Not Make Him Go Inside [Video]

• A Black Labrador named Beau has got TikTok viewers in stitches as he fails to hide his big body behind a small tree stump to avoid going inside.
• The video’s audio saying that Beau thinks if he avoids eye contact he would not be seen added more humor to the already funny video.

If there is one thing that dogs do not look forward to, it is going back inside the house after playing outside.  And they have been known to resort to a lot of excuses just as not getting up, playing dead, and temporarily losing their sense of hearing, among others. Their attempts at stalling are funny.

But one sneaky Black Labrador Retriever’s attempt at hiding behind a tree stump has made his followers on their TikTok account, @snugent_88, in stitches!

Beau’s attempt to hide his big body behind a clearly smaller stump is hilarious!  The voice narration said: “Beau thinks if he hid behind the stump and avoided eye contact, I wouldn’t see him!”

In fairness to Beau, he remained so still but his choice of a hiding spot is questionable. 

But the viewers get what Beau wanted. @kgrinnon joked, “Sorry your dog is missing”, @Leiahxlove added, “IDK where Beau is but he is not behind the stump,” and @shannonsennefelder wrote, “Nothing to see here… move along…”.

Dairy Queen’s official TikTok account rallied behind Beau, too! They wrote, “uhhh does anyone see anything?” Surely it is just the shadow of the tree stump and not Beau, right?
