The Kiser family is facing an unimaginable loss after their young son, Trigg, tragically drowned in their backyard pool in Chandler, Arizona. The police report shared that Brady Kiser was caring for Trigg and his infant brother, Theodore, while Emilie was away.

According to interviews with authorities, Trigg was briefly unsupervised in the backyard, something Brady described as not typical for their family routine.

“He loved to be outside, he loved to play outside, and so in my mind it was, you know, just that of him going and doing as he routinely had other times going out to play,” said Brady Kiser.

Brady said he was mainly focused on caring for the baby, but quickly became concerned when he noticed their family dog paying extra attention to the pool.

“It was out of the ordinary to see him standing there looking in the water as he was,” Brady recalled.

Once alerted, Brady acted immediately, went outside, and found Trigg in the pool. He rushed to help his son, performing CPR until first responders arrived and took over care.

Officials reported that Trigg was in the backyard for about nine minutes alone, and video evidence indicated he accidentally fell into the water while playing with an inflatable chair. The pool’s safety netting was not being used at the time.

Trigg was transported to medical centers, but sadly passed away six days later. The community has expressed heartfelt support for the Kiser family during this difficult time.

Emilie Kiser, a well-known social media personality, has not posted online since before the incident, but her family continues to be in the thoughts of many.
