Father and Son Have Fun Dancing While Preparing Sunday Morning Brunch [Video]

• When Marcus Hill and 7-year-old son MJ had a blast preparing breakfast in bed for Mom, the two decided to make it a regular thing.
• As their cooking sessions improved, they started inserting fun dancing sessions into the routine.
• Their fun-filled brunch dances have since gone viral, inspiring others to have fun while parenting!

It was about to be a delightful Valentine’s Day for the Hill family of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Marcus had decided to surprise his wife with breakfast in bed, and their 7-year-old son, MJ, was so excited to help out.

The gesture not only thrilled their beloved recipient but the father-son duo also had so much fun! So they decided to turn it into a routine every Sunday.

As their cooking sessions improved, so did their jam sessions.

The father-son duo made it a point to insert singing and dancing portions into their cooking sessions!

Marcus decided to record one of their sessions one day to share with his wife. When he shared it on Instagram, he did not expect a lot of people to also enjoy it!

As he began to share more and more videos on his page, more and more people expressed just how much they loved their father-son routine!

Marcus shared, “I grew up in a single parent home. I am also a school teacher. I know a lot of kids who don’t have parents in the household. When I started posting the videos, I’d get comments from friends and people I don’t even know saying, ‘This is inspirational. I didn’t have a dad growing up.’”

Marcus had never expected to go viral, nor to be appreciated for his parenting. But he’s grateful that he’s been given the chance to connect with people and set a good example.

Marcus shared, “I wasn’t trying to be an inspiration, but it’s like thank you!”

MJ, meanwhile, simply loves his father and the time they spend together.

MJ shared, “I have fun with my dad. We do a lot of things. We play football. We cook. I grill with my dad too!”

Their wonderful relationship has filled their days with fun, and has since become an inspiration to others.
