    Great Article.- On flat land how much earth would we need to cover a mound used for storage.. Also, how deep would we need to go for 70 temperature?

    This reminds me of the ‘root cellar’ in the TV show Beverly Hillbillies. Before refrigeration root cellars were common. I remember my parents bought a house in Chicago with a root cellar. I didn’t know what it was at the time but my parents did.
