Kitten Lost In Woods Demands To Go Home With Hiker After Eating All His Snacks [Video]

Finding yourself in the middle of the woods can be scary. A poor kitten found himself in such a position and cried almost non-stop to the point of exhaustion. So, when he heard footsteps, he cried more loudly until the human noticed him. He had to ask for food, of course! All that crying made him hungry, so he gobbled everything up. And when the human turned to walk away, he made sure to grab on to him and never let go!

The helpless ultimately convinced YouTuber @HikeMeARiver to take him home while he was on a 21K hike in the woodlands.

@HikeMeARiver heard the cries of the kitten and he just cannot ignore him. When the totally tired cat approached him, he just said, “Oh, hello there!” and the kitty’s purring machine started.  He was hooked! He even gave the tiny feline all his snacks.

As he was documenting the whole hike and the rescue, he turned to the camera and said, “Okay, so we may have a problem here. I gave some food to the little kitten, and now it doesn’t want to leave me.”

The cat’s modus operandi clearly worked, for @HikeMeARiver was bringing him home. And each progress is updated in his channel.

After two weeks that the kitten has been with him, this is what he shared. “I’ve learned a lot in that period about cats in general, about taking care of one. So far, so good. There were no major problems, I think. He’s adapting really well to the indoor lifestyle. I’m still not sure where he came from, and how he ended up under the bridge.”
