  • Namaari, TukTuk, Boun, and Sisu, four adorable foster kittens named after characters from “Raya and the Last Dragon,” were recently fostered by Jen and Adrian Davis.
  • Like most kittens, the bunch loved getting into the occasional mischief.
  • Namaari, in particular, gave her foster parents a fright when she slept in a position that made her look headless.

Over the past two and a half years, Jen and Adrian Davis have enjoyed fostering for Best Friends Felines. They make sure to provide fosters everything they need to get them ready for adoption. Recently, they took in four orphaned kittens, who are simply adorable!

The kittens, named Namaari, TukTuk, Boun, and Sisu, after characters from “Raya and the Last Dragon,” typically love playing, cuddling, and causing the occasional mischief — especially Namaari.

According to Jen, Namaari is a sweet kitten who shows her appreciation with a lot of purrs. Still, “she is also a bit of a drama queen — if her siblings play too rough, she is the first to cry.”

One day, the kittens did a photo shoot for a Best Friends Felines calendar to raise money. They also met with three potential adopters, so they were completely exhausted.

As they settled in for a long slumber, Jen and Adrian spotted Namaari in an unusual position.

It certainly looked spooky at first glance — she looked like she was headless!

Namaari was curled up with TukTuk and Boun, and her head was tucked in a way that placed it out of view.

Jen shared, “This litter of kittens loves sleeping in odd positions, but this had to be one of the funniest ways Namaari has slept.”

Silly Namaari has since been recently matched with her forever family, with whom she’ll be spending her future adventures starting in the next few weeks.

We’re sure that she’ll keep them entertained and melting with her adorable antics!
