Loki The Dog Loves Putting His Sheep Toy In Front Of Doggy Camera [Video]

• Loki the dog takes after his namesake — the God of Mischief.
• His parents have set up a doggy camera to monitor him but Loki has been blocking their view with his sheep toy.
• Whenever the sheep appear, they know that mischief is bound to follow.

Nina Theeuwes, Loki’s mom, has always known that just like the God that he was named after, Loki is naughty.  Mischief might just be his family name instead of Theeuwes.  

And when he brings out one of his not-so-favorite toys, a sheep plushie, Loki is bound to misbehave.

Nina describes Loki as very naughty. She said, “If he sees some food on the street, he pretends to look the other way and then quickly grabs it. He’s often outsmarting us, like the other day, [when] he ate half my slipper, which he normally doesn’t have any interest in. Or he sneaks his head into the dishwasher to get some food scraps. We’re in the process of training him … but he still has a long way to go!”

One of the things that he is being trained at is being left alone.  And so, when they left their home to go to a coffee shop, they set up a doggy camera so they could see what Loki was doing.

Nina was constantly monitoring Loki through her phone and when she saw the sheep plushie instead of Loki, she knew trouble was brewing.

Loki blocked the camera’s view so that they would not be able to see what he was up to.  This worried his parents and at the same time laughed at Loki’s antics.

Nina said, “I quickly finished my cappuccino and rushed home to check what he was doing. I also turned the volume of my phone to 100 to still have some idea of what [was] happening at home. Upon arrival, he greeted us wildly wagging his tail at the door as if nothing had happened.”

Loki’s parents already know that the sheep toy only comes out when Loki is in a naughty mood.  He has already shielded whatever he is doing by placing the sheep in front of the camera a few times.

Because of this, they are planning on mounting it to keep it out of Loki’s reach so they can still monitor him.

With the God of Mischief around, his parents are in for more tricks ahead.  At least, when they see the lamb, they have been warned.
