“Yesterday, I was thinking of how Buckingham played the Star-Spangled Banner after 9/11 and thought, I wonder if they’ll acknowledge Dolly’s passing? I never dreamed that would actually happen, seeing this today actually made me sob,” they wrote.

“But it was super cute and such a sweet tribute to the one thing the whole world could agree upon, we all love Dolly.”

Although we’re sure Dolly wouldn’t want the world crying, we just can’t help ourselves.

“My eyes are leaking, even Our Royal Family are sad Dolly’s gone. Hoping she sees just what she means to the whole world.”
