Good Morning America host Michael Strahan and his girlfriend, Kayla Quick, have been together for more than a decade, but have chosen to keep the beautiful details of their life together between the two of them.

Though rumors swirled recently that the pair may have separated, it turns out they were actually celebrating something far more wonderful than fans realized. According to reports, Michael Strahan and Kayla Quick secretly welcomed a precious baby girl earlier this year.

The couple’s new baby girl is Michael Strahan’s fifth child, and what a beautiful, blended family they’ve created. He shares Tanita and Michael Jr. with Wanda Hutchins, Isabella and Sophia with Jean Muggli, and now a sweet baby girl with Kayla Quick.

In 2016, Michael opened up about what makes his blended family work, calling it one of the greatest gifts in his life.

“I think a lot of times when you split, people assume that the mother is supposed to take responsibility for the kids. But from day one, it was very important for me to be active, to be a part of their life,” he said. “I was constantly on planes and phones. And it’s very hard – of course it’s hard with them being in Germany. But one thing I learned is, you make time for what you want to make time for.”

Michael Strahan adores his children, and we’re sure this baby will be no different.

“My kids give me strength,” he told People. “I love being with the kids. To me it’s all about family, now more than anything.”

We’re sure this new baby girl will be showered with love by her mom and dad and all of her siblings. What a beautiful blessing for this loving family.
