David Ayers and Nick Zawitz of The Agency Cleveland shared that the couple closed on the property in March, just months before tying the knot at Madison Square Garden on July 3, 2026.

“We’re thrilled for the new owners and so excited for Cleveland,” Ayers and Zawitz shared in a statement.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s Ohio digs were built in 1895 and are “roughly 21,000” square feet. It features eight bedrooms, per the outlet, while an original ballroom was converted into a game room and home theater prior to the sale.

A gatehouse on the property was also converted into a two-bedroom guest cottage.

But the new house isn’t the couple’s only big news. Travis Kelce recently shared with Vogue that he got a dog that “lights up” his day.

He and Taylor Swift have their own personal styles and preferences. She’s a famous cat lady, and he likes dogs, but they complement each other so well.
