  • Millions captivated by her charming farm routine.

A Texas woman, feeling bored from watching TV alone, remembered she lives on a farm and quickly found herself surrounded by the lively hustle and bustle of her animals.

In a viral TikTok video shared in July under the username @kasssmendez, she is seen getting up from the couch to make formula for her baby goats, followed by bottle feeding them.

She then heads outside to feed her chickens and piglets, who joyfully splash in the mud.

“POV: You’re bored but suddenly remember you literally live on a farm,” reads the caption accompanying the video.

Kassandra Mendez, the woman behind the video, has been living on the farm with her family and boyfriend, Zack, for the past three years.

They “absolutely love” the lifestyle.

“Not only do I get to have my own home on the land but I also get to see my family daily and for that I am truly blessed,” she said.

Their farm is bustling with life, housing 1 horse, 4 piglets, 12 chickens, 4 roosters, 7 sheep, 6 goats, 5 baby chicks, 1 cat, and 4 dogs, with hopes for more animals in the future.

Mendez expressed her gratitude for the overwhelming social media interest following her viral posts.

“Thank you all for all the love and support!” she added.

According to experts, spending time in nature offers numerous benefits, especially for children.

“Young people who spend time in nature are smarter, happier, calmer, healthier, and less anxious than those who spend most of their time indoors,” one source states.

“They’re more confident, more resilient, more curious, and more creative. They’re better at problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership.”

Time spent outdoors also fosters environmental awareness, helping youngsters understand their role in the ecosystem.

The video has captivated viewers on TikTok, amassing over 4.3 million views and 768,200 likes.
