Firefighters trekked through snow to reach a downtown encampment, where several people needed urgent help getting to shelter.

When a man began experiencing seizures from hypothermia, a firefighter carried him to safety and helped provide life-saving care until medical help arrived.

After the emergency, the team continued their outreach, making sure everyone at the encampment received warm shelter and support.

HOPE Team members distributed supplies, assisted over 150 people, and reunited dozens with supportive families and friends.

The department shared, “We help one another, no matter what.”
