Have you been to a preschoolers’ recital? 

Here is a list of characters that you are bound to see: a crying dancer, a little girl or boy not moving at all, a kid just looking at the audience, several who are just following the routine from the model in front and one who is dancing more enthusiastically than all the others. 

She or he is what you would say, dancing to her own beat of the drum.

But in one video that is making its rounds on the internet and delighting the viewers, one girl stands out from her fellow dancers as she confidently dances her own steps. She is not following the choreographed steps!

But she has captured the audience’s attention with her performance.  She simply is amazing.

While the other adorable preschoolers dance in a line onstage and are tentative with their steps, she taps her feet, holds on to her tutu and sways eagerly and confidently.

Jordyn kneels, twists and enjoys her dance and at one time even turns to her friend and beams as if to say, “Isn’t this the best day ever?”

The audience is enthralled by her energetic dancing and lack of shyness.  She really pulled it off!

And when the dance was over, they all clapped as vigorously as she danced.  What a performance, Jordyn! You’re a star!
