Kate Middleton recently visited the Family Action’s Children’s Trauma Therapy Service in North England. Stuart Murray-Borbjerg, a senior therapist, shared that Kate was genuinely interested in hearing about the impact of their services.

“She seemed genuinely interested to hear about the family’s experience of the service and the impact of it,” he said.

They spoke about how music and play can restore a sense of joy, especially after difficult experiences. Stuart explained that music helps bring back playfulness, something Kate echoed. He mentioned, “I think she said one [of her children] plays the guitar and one plays the drums.”

Kate and Princess Charlotte recently played a piano duet together during the 2025 Together at Christmas event, showing how music connects the family. These creative moments help the royals enjoy their special bond and inspire others to embrace the arts.
