Gisele Bündchen shocked plenty of people in 2025 when she gave birth to her third child at 45, but the supermodel has no regrets. She told I-D magazine that her children are what make her life worth living.

“Kids give us this opportunity to live again, to be more present and to experience life again. To do it maybe differently than we’ve done it before,” Gisele Bündchen said.

“I don’t know. I find every little thing so amazing.”

In addition to her 16-month-old son with Joaquim Valente, Gisele Bündchen shares 16-year-old Benjamin and 13-year-old Victoria with her ex-husband Tom Brady. For this dedicated mom, every stage of parenting brings fresh wonder and renewed purpose.

“Life is a gift. I think I have so much joy in my life because I really see the ordinary as the extraordinary… The sun rises every day.

You can walk around and be grateful for it, or you can just be disconnected from all these incredible things. You can be robbed of your life if you think life is this,” she said, looking at her phone, “and you forget life is so much more.”

Though she’s never disclosed her baby boy’s name or shown his face, he pops up on her social media every now and again. Recently, Gisele Bündchen shared a photo doing yoga with the toddler—a tender glimpse into their special bond.

“It’s so sweet to see how little they are when they start watching and emulating what we do. They’re learning from us even when we don’t realize it.

Moments like this remind me that my actions matter more than what I say, because so much of who they’re becoming is shaped by the example they see every day,” she wrote.
