Candace Cameron Bure’s son Lev and his wife Elliot have welcomed their very first baby, a beautiful boy named Bond Leo Bure. Born ten weeks early on August 4, the family chose to keep the joyful news private while focusing on their little one’s health and recovery. Five weeks and five days later, Bond was finally strong enough to come home, bringing tears of relief and gratitude to everyone who had prayed for him.

“Through lots of tears, countless prayers, and what felt like endless hours in the hospital, 5 weeks and 5 days later we finally brought our miracle boy home!!” Elliot wrote in a heartfelt Instagram post.

“Thank you to the entire staff of nurses and doctors who took the most incredible care of our baby, and to our community, who we couldn’t have done any of it without!” Elliot added.

Elliot also lifted up a beautiful prayer of thanksgiving for their answered prayers. “thank you Jesus for every answered prayer!!!!! we are blessed beyond measure!!!!”

Candace Cameron Bure shared her own overflowing joy at becoming a grandmother for the first time. “Bond Leo is a miracle baby,” she wrote on Instagram. “Our hearts could not be more full of love. You and Lev are the most amazing parents – and we are here for every minute of it. We love you all sooooooo much.”
