Mark Wahlberg recently offered a hopeful update after his youngest daughter, Grace, was hospitalized following an equestrian competition.

The actor assured everyone that Grace is doing well and eager to return to the sport she loves.

“She’s good”

He shared, noting

“She’s just angry that she’s not allowed to get back on the horse yet.”

“She does have to take that time to recover.”

Grace suffered a broken collarbone and was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.

Despite the scare, her enthusiasm for riding remains strong.

Wahlberg acknowledged the challenges of watching his daughter compete, calling equestrian sports

“the most dangerous, nerve-wracking sport”

he’s ever witnessed.

Still, he admired her dedication, saying

“She’s so dedicated and she has the discipline at 15 that took me into my 40s to getting.”

“You think I get up early and do things to prepare?”

“She’s a machine!”

He also shared that Grace’s passion inspires the family to support her dreams.

He said

“She was worried we would be too concerned because of the dangers that we wouldn’t let her ride again, but she’s passionate about it so we have to let her pursue that.”
