Jack had become separated from his group on Halloween and wandered more than seven miles away, relying on the generosity of strangers along the way.

His family and friends searched tirelessly, distributing flyers and rallying community support until the good news arrived on marathon day.

“How do you survive in New York City for two days with no food, no medication, nothing to drink?” Giselle Campione, Jack’s sister, wondered, praising the community’s role in his safe return.

On the third day, Jack was spotted by a caring person near Queens Plaza, who stopped to help after seeing him fall. This moment of kindness brought Jack back to his loved ones.
