  • Stephen’s son Joseph has the sweetest reply, a video he captione “You’re Enough!” featuring photos that show how engaged and loving his dad is.

Stephen J. Wampler has had severe cerebral palsy for many years but it never stopped him from having a family — a loving wife and two wonderful children.

Despite his condition, Stephen serves as an inspiration to many as he empowers people through his foundation, the Stephen J. Wampler Foundation. It was founded in 2002 with the help of his wife Elizabeth.

Stephen’s foundation helps kids with disabilities join in outdoor activities and programs. They’ve sent thousands of kids to camp, including those from low-income families so they can get a chance to experience the great outdoors.

For his two children, Stephen has been an amazing dad. But for Stephen, he thinks he’s come up short of being a father. He recently apologized to his son Joseph for not being able to throw a baseball with him like other dads.

Joseph’s response: “You’re enough!” He found a way to show his dad that no matter what the situation is, he’s “enough.”

Joseph made a video dedicated to his father. He compiled photos of their happy moments together with each picture showing how Stephen cared for and loved his kids despite having cerebral palsy.  And those who’ve seen it were left in tears.

He captioned the post: “You’re enough! You’re enough! You’re enough!” and show it to his dad.

Stephen’s reaction was everything as his joy filled the room.
