One mom discovered that her toothless cat Nugget calms down when he has potatoes with him.  Yes, potatoes, the root crop.  She says that Nugget is absolutely crazy over potatoes and whatever works for Nuggets, she’ll indulge.

In one video which TikTok user @Toothless.Nugget captioned “he needs his emotional support to travel ok”, she puts two potatoes in Nugget’s carrier while her family watches and judges her.  But she insists that its effective in Nugget’s case.

She said that when she adopted Nugget, the senior cat was already at the shelter for around four months.  And that Nugget has already gone under the knife for nasal cancer and is toothless and deaf.

She doesn’t care anymore if she’s judged but whatever works for Nugget, then so be it.
