At Phillips Farms of Cary, a beloved autumn tradition called Pumpkinfest took a playful turn when a towering inflatable pumpkin broke free and rolled down the street like an oversized orange tumbleweed.

“Pumpkinfest went a little off-kilter this year, but we let it roll and had a gourdgeous Sunday. Thanks @uber for helping us bring it home,” Phillips Farms of Cary shared on TikTok.

Passersby caught the sight on camera, their phones capturing the enormous pumpkin bouncing along the pavement as farm staff hurried to catch up.

“It’s coming so fast. Oh my gosh!” one witness exclaimed from inside a car.
