The entire rescue was captured on Brittingham’s dash cameras, adding to the emotional impact of the moment. He searched for their family nearby, eventually finding them through an open gate, where the relieved relatives thanked him for reuniting them with the toddlers.

“I was terrified thinking of what could have happened to them,” Brittingham shared.

He added, “My adrenaline spiked. I had a migraine when I finally got home. I was drained completely for the rest of the day.”
