- Julie Parker was surprised to see that their dog Henry was not thoroughly trimmed when they picked him up from the groomer.
- They learned that Henry gave the stylists such a hard time that they had to give up.
- It turns out that Henry is not a fan of grooming, and always gets epic haircut fails as a result.
Meet Henry the Springerdoodle. He was recently taken to the groomer by his parents, Julie and Daniel Parker, for a fresh haircut.

But when his parents picked him up, they noticed that he wasn’t even trimmed yet.
βThe staff let us know he was not a fan of grooming,β Julie said.
Her cousin, Jenae Townsend, added, βIt wasn’t said out loud but heavily implied by their looks that they would prefer it if they didn’t have to deal with him again.”

The groomers had such a hard time trying to groom Henry, that they gave up! They simply bathed him and called it a day.
Now, Henry’s dad cuts his hair.
Jenae shared, β[Iβm] not saying we have perfected his grooming, but at least we get some fascinating looks.β

Jenae said that Henry has had several haircut failsΒ in the past.
Julie added, βEpic fails is more like it. Henry does not like to sit still, so they have to take what they can get when trying to groom him.β
Henry’s latest mohawk instantly made him a local celebrity.
Julie said that Henry’s stare made the mohawk even more hilarious since “he looks like he is judging you,β when in reality, he’s “probably wondering when he will get his next snack.β

Aside from being known for his hilarious haircuts, Henry is also considered “the neighborhood greeter,β since he loves scampering about to “meet all the other neighborhood dogsβ and give hugs.

I have a large long haired cat with that same attitude about grooming. Bath? Not while she’s conscious, even after a fresh mani/ pedi! Had to sedate her & do a “lion cut”last yr; she was furious with me for days! She’s a very large queen, & very determined about the whole grooming thing!

So just give the pets a bath or brush them, and LEAVE THEM ALONE!

So just give the pets a bath or brush them, and LEAVE THEM ALONE! Why make them look and feel bad when YOU did it to them! Do YOU want a bad haircut?

Speaking for the pet “If you don’t like the way I look, learn to live with it.”
