Candace Cameron Bure recently made a heartfelt choice that puts family above the spotlight. When offered a week on The View that overlapped with her daughter’s delivery, she politely declined so she could be there for every precious moment.

“They did reach out to me, and they offered me the week that my daughter gave birth, so I knew that was coming,” she said. “I didn’t want to be far away and miss anything, but I’m definitely open to it.”

Despite the timing conflict, Candace remains warm and optimistic about future possibilities. She told Entertainment Weekly that another date could work, hinting that viewers might still see her at the table someday.

“Yeah, you might see me at the table. We’ll see. I feel open to it if they offer up another date,” Candace Cameron Bure said of The View. “I don’t know that I really want to do it, but I am open to it. Listen, I just did Special Forces. I could probably go on The View again.”

Right now her calendar is filled with holiday preparations and the sweet chaos of becoming a grandma for the second time. Fans have been loving her new “Oh My Lanta” onesies, a joyful nod to her Full House days that lets her share a bit of nostalgia with the next generation.

“Awww…I wish I would have had these for my girls 🥹🥹 These are adorable!!! One day I’ll put my grandbabies in them,” a fan wrote.
