Quick Smiles:

  • A Rhode Island bride’s disposable cameras became flower girl treasures.
  • The young cousins starred in dozens of candid, joyful photos.
  • The charming snapshots and their story have gone viral online.

Brooke Hassett Rohmann ordered disposable cameras for her wedding as a playful extra, not expecting much from them. To her delight, the developed photos revealed her flower girls—Calla, Kinsley, and Sloane—had become the stars of the evening, filling the film with their creativity and fun.

Brooke recalls, “Whenever I would get texts with the link, there they were, the little girls.” The trio snapped silly selfies, posed dramatically, and documented every moment from their perspective, creating a lively wedding album filled with laughter.

She shared the endearing collection on TikTok, where it quickly found a massive audience. “POV you put disposable cameras all over your wedding but your flower girls get a hold of basically ALL OF THEM,” she captioned the viral slideshow set to ABBA’s “Slipping Through My Fingers.”

The girls’ parents were amused to discover the impromptu photo adventure, learning about it through their family chat after the bride’s honeymoon. “They look like these little angels in their white dresses,” Whitney Norton said, amused by their secret fun.

The wedding’s candid camera caper began when an aunt taught the girls how to use a disposable camera for the first time. From there, they eagerly gathered cameras from every table, leaving adults debating whether to intervene or just enjoy the show.

Calla took charge, orchestrating the whole operation, often acting as photographer rather than posing. Her mom, Shawna Iannuccilli, noticed Calla’s leadership: “In a lot of the photos, I don’t think she was in them, because she was taking them.” The girls even invented stories as they shot, making the evening unforgettable.

As their photos gained popularity online, the flower girls wondered if fame awaited them. “Are people going to stop me in the street?” Calla asked with a twinkle in her eye. According to delighted social media fans, their portrayal of pure girlhood joy struck a chord.
