A deaf woman credits her devoted support dog with saving her husband’s life after he suffered a dangerous fall down their stairs in the middle of the night.

Sandra Donally was fast asleep when her clever pup Storm began insistently waking her, sensing something was terribly wrong.

"Storm knew Gary was in trouble before I did," Sandra shared about the remarkable rescue.

Gary had tumbled down the stairs and lay bleeding and unconscious at the bottom, but Storm’s persistence ensured Sandra discovered him in time for emergency help to arrive.

"Without Storm, I don’t know what would have happened," Gary reflected after recovering from the ordeal.

The loyal support dog continues to be a source of comfort and security for the couple, proving that four-legged family members often become the most reliable guardians of all.
