An incredibly bright student from Grapevine, Texas, has made waves with his outstanding academic achievements.

Piyush Mallick, a junior at Grapevine High School, achieved perfect scores on two of the most significant college entrance exams, the ACT and SAT.

Mallick “posted the 36 on the ACT on his first try last October and 1600 on the SAT on his second try in March.”

His journey to perfection wasn’t without its near-misses, as his first SAT attempt resulted in an impressive 1590.

Mallick attributes his success to the courses offered through Grapevine-Colleyville ISD, emphasizing the crucial role his teachers played in his accomplishments.

Beyond academics, Mallick has also excelled in debate.

On March 11, school officials proudly announced that Mallick, alongside senior Peyton Squires, earned a spot in the UIL 5A Cross Examination Debate State Tournament.

The district shared, “The team advanced after finishing as the first place team in the UIL 5A-District 6 competition in January, where the team went undefeated.”

Mallick’s achievements place him among a growing list of young scholars reaching for the stars.

In a similar vein, twin brothers from St. Louis, Missouri, achieved perfect ACT scores as they prepared for college.

“Eric and Samuel Lipsutz are juniors at North High School who scored a 36 on the ACT exam after sitting for the test in April.”

Meanwhile, a senior in Douglas County, Georgia, has been awarded $1 million in scholarships with 58 college acceptances.

Another senior in the state also achieved remarkable success with 52 acceptances and $1.8 million in scholarships.
