Children’s Ibuprofen Recalled After Reports of Foreign Particles

Federal health officials are alerting families about a voluntary recall of nearly 90,000 bottles of children’s ibuprofen distributed nationwide.
The US Food and Drug Administration said the manufacturer initiated the step after reports of consistency issues.
The recall affects Strides Pharma 100 mg Children’s Ibuprofen Oral Suspension sold in four-ounce bottles.
These products were manufactured for Taro Pharmaceuticals and include expiration dates extending into early 2027.
