It is just like saying one man’s trash is another man’s treasure.  One dog was given up by his owner because he has a quirky way of asking for food — he bends his neck and turns it to look like he’s upside down. They must have been freaked out by it.

But this oddity also made TikTok account holder @TheFishingMutts adopt him!  His family found the way Ted begs, adorable and lovable!
