  • Jennifer Garner surprised Starbucks staff during her recent trip to the cafe.
  • After telling a barista her order, she left a tip for the employees as well as payment for the other customers in line.
  • The actress encouraged others to pay it forward with a little act of kindness.

Jennifer Garner keeps paying it forward, even during a supposedly ordinary Starbucks run.

Garner shared a video of the wholesome moment on her Instagram Story on Monday, in a bid to inspire others to pay it forward.

In the clip, we can see the actress ordering a mint tea grande before handing the barista some money for the cafe’s employees and customers.

“If I give you this to pay for the people behind me, and then this for you guys. So, that’s for you guys. This is just to pay for whomever is behind me,” she clarified. “Thank you and pass it on.”

Garner wrote on the video’s text overlay: “Coffee is always a worthwhile little act of kindness.”

This is just one of Garner’s latest acts of kindness.

Last month, Garner made sure to show support for medical staff.

She personally baked and delivered homemade cookies to the staff of the Department of Emergency Medicine at the LAC+USC Medical Center and Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.

“For a happy day — show your local ???? First Responders ???? some love. They are still in the thick of it and miles past burn out,” she wrote. “Thank you, @countyem_la Doctors and Nurses! Keep going! ♥️.”

Garner has made sure to raise awareness and funds as much as she can. Her baby food brand, Once Upon a Farm, launched “A Million Meals” with Save the Children. Its mission is to provide kids in need with 1 million meals by 2024.

Garner acknowledged that her brand is still small and that a million meals are “a daunting, audacious goal.” But she wanted to go for it and show that they are “serious about making this impact.”
