Within just a day, the local community had donated over $1,100 through Venmo. This incredible generosity meant Heights Pizza Man could provide several free pizzas daily for the next three months, and even share groceries with two area food banks.

“The support over the last 24 hours has been unreal,” Kolstad said in an emotional update. The kindness kept multiplying, with new customers visiting and the shop’s business thriving as a result of the positive attention.
