With 26 years of experience at the Southeast Philadelphia Transportation Authority, Tracey has made it her mission to spread goodwill and cheer throughout the city.

As Tracey puts it, “You’re coming into my house, so you’re coming into my house, I want to greet you, I want to make you feel good, I want you to have a nice time.”

Her trolley is a moving gallery of positivity, adorned with inspirational quotes and posters, all designed to lift the spirits of her passengers.
