  • Noodles the bunny is always finding ways to steal treats as he is food obsessed.
  • He got stuck in a food jar one day and did not even mind as he was busy munching on all the pellets.
  • Owner and family panicked on how to get him out but when he did, he even looked annoyed.

Pets can really get into a lot of misadventures.  But a bunny stuck in a food jar is quite out of the ordinary, right?

For Noodles, the very lively bunny, it is nothing to be amazed with.

His mom, Francesca Iovane says that Noodles is always running around the house, jumping in the weirdest places, and being destructive. “You think you put out of his range everything he could destroy and then he finds something else. He just ate a piece from my boyfriend’s suitcase and I still don’t know how to tell him.”

Francesca says that Noodles is also obsessed with food and is always trying to find ways to steal extra treats.  Even with several attempts at hiding food, Noodles has succeeded in stealing them.

Which was how he got stuck inside a jar of treats.

Francesca said, “I looked at the jar, then at my dad, and we were just there unable to realize what just happened. Then we started just to panic, like laugh and cry and scream all [at] once. Noodles was the most excited ever, just eating as much as he could, while we had no idea of what to do.”

They asked for help on how to get him out of the jar by sending a video of him to some people.  But as she grew worried about what might happen to Noodles, she decided to get a shoebox, and just dump Noodles and all of the pellets into the box safely.

She and the whole family were already panicking while the jarred bunny continued to eat. He was enjoying munching on the pellets and probably thought that this was his greatest stunt yet.

Francesca said, “I took the jar and slowly inclined it, praying not to hurt my little one, but Noodles DIDN’T WANT TO COME OUT. Hundreds of pellets came out but he tried to climb as hard as he could, but you can’t climb on glass so he just fell in the box full of pellets, just to keep eating.”

She added, “I lifted him up and I hugged him, I was so happy he was out and OK, but he hates hugs so he jumped off, on the ground, and he was still looking for pellets because he could [smell them]. He [spun] around and around, not realizing the smell was himself.”

Francesca has stopped putting pellets in a jar to avoid the incident from happening again.  As for the mischievous Noodles… he’s still plotting ways to steal snacks even if he gets stuck.
