  • A cat named Fluffy was found covered in snow and on the brink of death by her owners outside their home.
  • Practically frozen, Fluffy was rushed to the vet at the Animal Clinic of Kalispell in Montana.
  • Just like a miracle, Fluffy recovered and returned home with her owners after just a few hours of treatment.

Animals are survivors. They have a powerful will to live and survive even the most impossible situations.

Just like this cat in Montana named Fluffy.

The cat from Kalispell, Montana found herself on the brink of death but willed herself to survive.

Fluffy loves the outdoors, always roaming around outside the house. But she never expected what would happen one winter night that almost cost the adorable cat her life.

Her owners found her lying unresponsive outside their house, literally frozen in a snowbank near their home. The incident happened last year.

Fluffy was injured, and her fur was totally matted in snow and ice. Her owners thought she was gone.

Immediately, the cat was rushed to the Animal Clinic of Kalispell, where she was coveredwith blankets to increase her body heat. Cats normally have a temperature of around 101 degrees. Hers was too low it didn’t even register on a thermometer.

After treating her with warm water for a few hours, her temperature was still low, so they took her to the emergency room. Miraculously, she started recovering.

The animal clinic shared the story on Facebook.

“So glad the veterinarians and technicians and the owner worked hard to save this cat!” one Facebook user commented.

Another added, “This is a miracle with some quick thinking on the part of her ‘parents’ and this wonderful vet! This outdoor cat has certainly used up one of her nine lives! She is so lucky that she found such amazing care. LOVE this story!”

Now, her owners are making the necessary precautions when it gets cold so she will not wander again. The family is just happy Fluffy is safe and alive.
