  • A Golden Retriever named Archie invites his squirrel bestie over to their home for Christmas dinner.
  • He even patiently waited for his bestie to come and dine on the nuts that they put on the table set for the squirrel.
  • Archie just shows the true spirit of the holidays to share food and love.

Spreading good cheer and sharing food and love is the true spirit of the holidays.  It means reuniting with dear friends and family, preparing food to share over countless conversations and opening gifts.  It is the time to celebrate family and friendships

And TikTok doggo @scouthugs has lots of the Christmas spirit and he wants to spread it with his special friend.  What could be more fitting than to have his bestie come over for Christmas dinner?  Good thing his bestie had no other plans and accepted his offer.

Guess who the special friend is?  Yes, a squirrel! And viewers are in love with the beautiful friendship between the two most especially Archie the Golden Retriever’s gesture to have him for dinner.

Archie even patiently waited for the bestie squirrel to come and kept vigil on the cute table set-up for the squirrel, complete with the nuts that the squirrel loves. @jennrose425 noted, “The crossed paws while he waited.” @popstarmeditation gushed, “Omg cutie!! And he just sits there not barking or anything because he loves his squirrel.”

@hollyrotella could not have said it any better for all of us whose hearts warmed up over the sight: “Not me tearing up over a dog and squirrel friendship.” To which @gmwho added, “Well that’s the most precious thing I’ve seen all day!”

Absolutely! Can we have more videos of this beautiful friendship, please? Thank you!
