Minnesota, known for its chilly weather and love for all things winter, is once again transforming into a frozen wonderland. This time, it’s for the third World Snow Sculpting Championship. And guess what? Artists from not one, not two, but eight countries are making their way to Stillwater to showcase their icy talents.

The Association Internationale de Sculpture sur Neige et Glace, based in Finland, has given its official nod to the event. So, we’re talking about world-class snow sculpting teams from Turkey, Finland, France, Wales, Canada, Mexico, Ecuador, and the U.S. They’re all set to compete and create the most jaw-dropping snow sculptures you’ve ever seen!

Robin Anthony, the President of the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and Co-Director of the World Snow Sculpting Championship, is over the moon.

“We are thrilled to be hosting this event again in its third year, and to be bringing the beauty and excitement of snow sculpting to Stillwater,” she said. And we can’t wait to see what these artists have in store for us!
