This charming clip, shared by her owner Brittney Avery on Instagram, has quickly amassed nearly half a million likes since September 16.

“Indie is the most sensitive creature I’ve ever met and has the funniest and sweetest personality,” Brittney shared.

Living in California with Brittney, Indie was accustomed to being the center of attention as an “only child” for most of her life.

The video captures Indie with her “brother,” Otis the French bulldog, and “cousin,” Paxton the bulldog mix, who belongs to Brittney’s brother and sister-in-law.

As the trio interacts, Otis and Paxton are engrossed in each other’s company, leaving Indie feeling a tad left out.

“You can literally see the exact moment my dog realizes she’s the third wheel,” Brittney captioned the video.

Indie attempts to grab the attention of her canine companions, but as they remain engrossed in their play, she pauses and gazes into the camera with a poignant expression.

“The dogs look forward to seeing each other and usually all play together but Indie felt a bit like a third wheel on that visit and got her feelings hurt,” Brittney explained.

After feeling sidelined, Indie sought solace with Brittney, receiving extra cuddles and attention before rejoining the fun.

“They’re all the best of friends and it’s awesome being able to see their bond,” Brittney added.
