Myles Harris, a reporter for ABC affiliate WSYX, was out on a field reporting assignment in his hometown in Columbus, Ohio when his mom randomly dropped by to say hi.

In a clip shared by Harris on his Instagram account, which now has over 800k views, you can see the reporter recognize his mom as her car approaches. Harris waves his arms and turns to Byrd and says, “That’s my mom, hold on.”

A black car with a window down then rolls up next to Harris and his mother enthusiastically calls out: “Hi, baby!” The cameraman, DeAngelo Byrd, can be heard laughing in the background.

“I’m trying to work right now and you’re over here calling my phone,” Harris playfully tells his mom. “This is DeAngelo, you can say hi. And don’t be holding up traffic because you got cars behind you.”

His mom starts driving away, but not before she blows him a kiss. Harris then turns to Byrd and asked him whether he recorded the interaction. Fortunately, the camera didn’t stop rolling.
