When a power nap turns into an unexpected comedy show, you know you’ve got a story worth sharing. An owner, seeking a brief rest, inadvertently chose the wrong spot—his Italian bulldog Gino’s bed. The security camera footage revealed that Gino was less than thrilled with this arrangement.

The owner shared via TikTok that he only intended to sleep for about 30 minutes. But Gino’s reaction made it clear that even half an hour was too long for this canine to tolerate. “Ummmm whats going on here!” read the caption, supposedly from Gino’s perspective, as he stood beside his owner, a frown etched on his face.

While the owner didn’t mean to upset Gino, he thought there was enough room for both of them, just as there is when they share the owner’s bed. “I thought he would at least join me!” the owner said. “But I think he felt bad and just wanted to make sure I was protected.”

Dogs, known for their protective instincts, often sleep with their owners to keep an eye on potential dangers. Gino, however, seemed more concerned with reclaiming his space than playing the role of a vigilant guardian.
