Anthony Klein, a college student, recently discovered that his cat, Sammy, loved “singing along” whenever he sang to him.

Wanting to share the cuteness with the world, Anthony shared an adorable video showcasing their duet back in March:

Anthony had come upon a very sleepy Sammy. So he decided to sing him a lullaby.

Anthony started singing “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star.”

But instead of singing all the lyrics, he paused before the end of each line, which was “sung” by Sammy with a soft meow.

The sweet lullaby has turned into a charming duet!

As Anthony softly sang the lyrics, Sammy made sure to finish each line with a meow.

They should probably rename their duet “twinkle, twinkle little meow”!

As they continue their lullaby duet, Sammy starts to fall asleep and eventually misses his cue.

He later manages to sing his line with a little encouragement from Anthony.

The video has since received thousands of likes on social media.

One viewer gushed, “Oh my gosh…how cute…cats love to be sung to!”

Another person remarked, “This is awesome…such a sweetheart kitty and a wonderful daddy!”

What a perfectly matched duo! We can’t help but wonder what song they’re gonna sing next!
