The little one was suffering from a severe skin condition that left her almost entirely bald.

Without a microchip or collar, Pearla was taken in by the Manchester and Cheshire Dogs Home, where she was lovingly given her name.

Her condition was dire, with scabs covering her face and front legs, some even bleeding.

The compassionate team at the RSPCA’s Greater Manchester Animal Hospital stepped in, providing the necessary treatment for her recovery.

Fast forward to now, Pearla is a picture of health and happiness, complete with a full coat of fur.

An RSPCA spokesperson describes her as “your typical energetic puppy, who is bouncy, playful and always on the go.”

“She is gentle and friendly with everyone that she meets.”
