• As the game was ending, the doors opened for the public and Jara took that as a cue to enter and join the game!
• The ball-loving pup stole the spotlight and instantly became beloved by the players.

There was an ongoing match, so the two settled in a spot with a nice view of the action.

Jara was instantly “mesmerized” by the ball, Jorge told news outlet Diario de Navarra.

Luckily for Jara, the soccer stadium opened their doors to the public as the game was about to end.

“Jara’s face lit up and she went inside,” Jorge said.

Take a look at what happened next:

Jara did not hesitate to take off into the field and tackle the ball like a pro soccer player.

Her tactics interrupted the match, but the players and the crowd didn’t seem to mind.

The game soon resumed with a replacement ball after Jara was lured off the field.

She may have left the field, but she was quickly beloved by the soccer players, who later invited her back to the stadium for some uninterrupted ball time.

It turns out that Jara has always shown a love for balls.

“At home, she behaves very well because she is trained,” Jorge shared. “But when we take her out to the park… her passion is balls.”

We certainly would love a soccer match featuring a canine player!
