Heartwarming Clip Shows 5 Years of Adorable Day Care Pickups [Video]

A mother recently shared a compilation of her favorite clips of her picking up her son Jaxon from day care.
The video showed adorable day care pickups from when Jaxon was just 7 months old to the time he turned 5 years old.
The clips, which show little Jaxon excitedly yelling when he sees his mom, are truly heartwarming.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder, they say. For many people, being apart from their loved ones only makes the reunion sweeter. For one parent, day care pickups are the highlights of her day.

Tisa Sinclair from Washington, D.C., celebrated her son’s fifth birthday by compiling several clips of her favorite day care pickups. In the clips, we can see little Jaxon Winder yelling excitedly the moment he hears his mom’s voice.

Tisa shared that she had taken hundreds of videos of their daily reunions. But she only selected a few favorites to make the video. The resulting video compiled clips of her picking up Jaxon from day care back from when he was just 7 months old until he reached his current age of 5 years.

With the background music set to Randy Newman’s classic song, “You’ve Got a Friend in Me,” the video left viewers with a feeling of nostalgia about how fast kids grow up. It soon earned over 2.3 million views on Twitter alone.

Tisa told Today Parents, “When I went back to work, it was really hard because I missed him terribly. But I knew everything was going to be OK the first time I picked him up and saw that smile.”
