Dog Finds Love Across Balcony, Romeo and Juliet Style [Video]

• When Aubrey’s mom noticed her staring out the window, she realized that she was looking down at another golden retriever downstairs.
• It was balcony love at first sight!
• The two dogs were later able to meet, and it was the most adorable doggy meet-cute.

Aubrey is a super friendly dog who has forged many new relationships through their apartment window. It turns out that she would also find her love by looking over their balcony, Romeo and Juliet style!

Aubrey’s mom noticed one day that she was staring intently down their window. When she looked down, she saw that their balcony overlooks another beautiful golden retriever — Aubrey’s love interest, Bruno.

In a video shared on Sept. 18, we can see Aubrey gazing out the window. Her mom then reveals a balcony shot of her view of Bruno, who’s looking up to Aubrey.

The text overlay on the video reads, “I think my golden retriever is going through a Romeo and Juliet romance.”

Aubrey’s mom asked in the video caption: “Should they meet?”

Who wouldn’t want this romance to blossom? Fans got what they wanted pretty soon.

After a few days, Aubrey shared an update.

In the video, a very excited Aubrey can be seen pulling her owner all the way from their home, into the elevator, and finally to the home of her beloved.

It was the most adorable doggy meet-cute! The video even appropriately had Taylor Swift’s “Love Story” playing in the background.

The pair simultaneously jumped up Bruno’s gate to greet each other. They were clearly happy to finally meet, as evidenced by all the tail wagging!

Aubrey’s owner told Daily Paws, “The meeting went well, and they absolutely loved each other!”

Aubrey’s owner even teased another date, perhaps set like that famous spaghetti scene in the Lady and the Tramp.

Thousands of fans are already invested. Some have already suggested a wedding — and 101 Golden Retrievers instead of 101 Dalmatians!
