Meet Enzo, The Batman Dog

• Enzo is a 150-pound shiny black great Dane with pointy ears.
• His imposing appearance makes him look like Batman.
• But unlike Batman who catches criminals, Enzo only wants to catch your attention for cuddles and play.

Wherever the Great Dane Enzo goes, he gets plenty of attention.  He has become something of a celebrity with his unique looks. 

Danny Lemay, Enzo’s dad, says, “People stop us every time we walk him to cuddle and look at him or take pictures. Touristy spots should be avoided if you don’t want to deal with his popularity!”

What exactly does Enzo look like that makes people flock to him?

Lemay said, “He is very muscular for a Dane and his fur is very shiny. His pointy ears make him look like Batman.” The 150-pound dog’s tall, pointy ears and hulking body, looks like the Dark Knight.

And he shares a lot of Bruce Wayne’s qualities— he is brave and active like the superhero and would do everything to protect his own Gotham City, the family home in Quebec, Canada.

Lemay said, “Most of the time, Great Danes are known as fearful dogs. They don’t like the cold and are afraid of many things.  But Enzo’s brave and courageous. He likes to impose himself, bark very loudly and guard the house.”

But unlike the Caped Crusader, Enzo does not like making criminals cower in fear or fight crime, even with his imposing looks.  He would rather cuddle and play.

And unlike Bruce Wayne who shuns attention, Enzo soaks up the loving attention that he has been getting.

He is also more loving than Batman. He likes making friends with every animal and person that he gets in contact with.

 “He is a very sociable dog, Lemay says.
